On Wednesday,Elizabeth Banksposted a behind-the-scenes photo with Ella Balinska, Naomi Scott andKristen Stewart, the stars of theupcomingCharlie’s Angelsremakethat Banks is directing and writing. She’ll also star as Bosley, the never-seen owner of the Charlie Townsend agency.

Time’s Up and the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative issued the 4 percent challenge last month to encourage Hollywood to commit to one project with a female director in the next 18 months. Actress Tessa Thompson officially kicked off the challenge on Jan. 25. with a speech at the Sundance Film Festival.
