TheJungle Cruiseactress, 38, has reportedly been cast in the Oscar-nominated writer/director’s next filmOppenheimerat Universal, according toDeadlineandThe Hollywood Reporter. Expected to debut in July 2023, the movie will tell the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the Manhattan Project mastermind who helped develop the atomic bomb.

A rep for Blunt did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

“It’s not to say that I would never want to play one. It would just have to be something so cool … and then I would be interested,” said Blunt. “In general, I don’t race to see superhero movies. They leave me feeling a little bit cold. I can’t explain it. I can’t get in there.”
