Erika Girardiand her estranged husband Tom first listed their Pasadena, California, mansion for $13 million in May amid their divorce and a slew of legal troubles. Now, after several price cuts, the home is on the market for $8.2 million.
The historic 10,277 square-foot estate — which is listed withTed Clark and Heather Lillard at Compass— is situated between the Arroyo Seco and Annandale Golf Club with an overlook of the historic Colorado Street Bridge.
Property records show that the first price cut happened in late June, when the price dropped from $13 million to $11.5 million, before the house was taken off the market a few days later. It was relisted for $9.98 million in late July, then $8.9 million in late August — the last price before this most recent cut.
The stunning home, built in 1928, boasts four bedroom and nine bathrooms, a library, a chapel, and a guest suite with its own private entrance. The property also includes a pool, pavilion, multiple patios and a rose garden.

PEOPLE reported in Januarythat Erika has been living in another Los Angeles residence valued at $1.5 million since filing for divorce from Tom in November.
“Erika has been living in the house for a while. She’s made it her own space and loves it,” a source said at the time. “She’s doing well and is happy.”

Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Tom in the months since Erika filed for divorce.
In June, Tom — an attorney known for his work on the case that inspired the movieErin Brockovich— was placed under a permanentconservatorshipamid his diagnosis. Thus far, what Erika knew about her husband’s alleged illegal business dealings remains unclear.

Erika addressed the divorce and legal drama throughoutRHOBH’s 11th season. During the reunion last month, shedenied knowing anything aboutTom’s “alleged theft.”
“There is a real boundary as to where I can and cannot go. However, if anyone in these cases has been proven wrong, I want them remedied,” she said. “Despite what you read, I have done everything they have asked.”
Duringthe fourth and final part of the reunion, the star said she wouldn’t have joined the Bravo series had she known where she’d be today.
