Jessa Duggar Seewaldiscounting onher followers to help her as she makes her way through the final weeks of her pregnancy.

While comparing her past pregnancies at the same week mark to the current one, Jessa, 26, explained that her bump was larger than she was with her second child but smaller than she was with her first.

Besides her bump size, the soon-to-be mom of three also noted that she was experiencing heartburn again, which she said occurred with Spurgeon, and called on her fans to provide natural remedies for the condition.

“31 weeks. Pardon the toothpaste splatters on the mirror. 😆” theCounting Onstar began her post.

“Definitely a bit bigger than I was at this point in my pregnancy with Henry (who was born 8lbs 11oz), but smaller than I was with Spurgeon (who was born 9lbs 11oz),” she wrote, before joking, “What can I say— those Duggar genes grow ‘em big. 😂”

“Besides the twins, my mom had all 8-9lb babies for the first half, and then 7-8lb babies for the second half,” she explained, referencing her two sets of twin siblingsJanaandJohn-David, 29, andJedidiahandJeremiah, 20.

“Most of the grand babies have been in the 8-9lb range so far, and one was a little over 10lb! 😳 Maybe we’ll end up somewhere in the middle this time. 😆🙈” she added.

“If there’s any truth in that, then this one ought to have a head full. 😂” she joked. “I mean it could just be coincidence, but I had heartburn with Spurgeon too, and he was born with a decent amount of hair. 😄”

Though she acknowledged that the heartburn may be a result of “specific foods in my diet more than anything,” theCounting Onstar called on her fans for suggestions and remedies to deal with the condition.

“Anyone want to weigh in based on personal experience? 🤔 Also, any natural heartburn remedies that are recommended in pregnancy?”

jessa announcement

Heartburn occurs when the valve between the stomach and the esophagus are unable to stop stomach acid from traveling back into the esophagus, according to theAmerican Pregnancy Association.

Being pregnant, however, can trigger the body to experience heartburn more frequently. Progesterone hormone changes cause the valve to relax and can allow acid to travel back up, especially during the third trimester when the growing uterus adds pressure to the intestines and stomach, the association reports.

Jessa and Benannounced the pregnancy exclusivelywith PEOPLE on Jan. 9.
